Our lead program is powerful! We supply our agents with free, qualified, pre-set appointments; not just leads; but actual appointments. We believe that if you’re a true sales professional, you should be spending your time in front of qualified prospects, not wasting your time looking for prospects. What percentage of your time do you currently spend prospecting? Do you enjoy prospecting? Do you get paid to prospect?
If you are a closer, and you’re doing the prospecting, it’s costing you a lot of money! That’s why we spend $25,000 to $40,000 per year, per agent on leads. We’ve found that in the field training is by far the best way to learn. Because of this, you will ride with our regional managers and other top performers on several actual presentations. You are there to watch, listen, learn and most important, to make some money. This comprehensive selling system was created by one of the top industry producers in the country. It encompasses a wide variety of related issues such as, presentation, overcoming objections, closing the sale, getting referrals and setting up additional sales. Our system is proven. It’s what we call a two call close approach. We require you to memorize the first presentation, which is a fact finding visit. We then let you start doing your own first presentations. After you have perfected this, we then have you memorize the second presentation, which is our recommendations and close. We roll play and video your presentation; just like the professional NFL players; they review game tapes to be prepared and improve. We video your sales presentation and help you fine tune it. We leave nothing to chance. We’re not like most other companies, we don’t just give you a brochure and a rate card and say “Go get ’em tiger”. That’s because our success depends on your success! Our leads cost us too much not to train you properly.

We primarily target small business owners with zero to four employees. The small business owners are starving for this kind of information.
